Every two years EKO hosts this pinnacle event and the largest gathering of professionals and stakeholders from Ontario and across Canada.

The EKO Spring Symposium 2025 offers a personalized experience designed to elevate professional practice, forge connections, build new and collaborative relationships, and inspire with dynamic ideas. Masking is optional at the EKO Spring Symposium 2025, although the event is mask-friendly. Masks along with hand sanitizer stations will be available at locations throughout the event spaces.
